COMP Cams Super Dirt Series Postpones Upcoming Events
Series Tentatively Scheduled to Return to Action on April 17-18

Conway, Arkansas (03/23/20) – The COMP Cams Super Dirt Series presented by Lucas Oil has adjusted its upcoming schedule due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

The upcoming weekend’s events for Friday – Saturday, March 27 – 28 at Batesville Motor Speedway (Locust Grove, Arkansas) and I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas) have been postponed. Additionally, the scheduled doubleheader for April 3 – 4 at Texarkana 67 Speedway (Texarkana, Arkansas) and LoneStar Speedway (Kilgore, Texas) has been postponed.

Series and track officials are evaluating potential reschedule details for all four races.

The series is currently scheduled to return to action on April 17 – 18 at Poplar Bluff Speedway (Poplar Bluff, Missouri) and Legit Speedway Park (West Plains, Missouri). As the dates draw closer, the series will provide additionally updates on the status of the races.

“It’s a bummer to have to put our season on hold, but obviously it’s the right thing to do. The safety and health of our fans, drivers, crew, and staff are paramount,” CCSDS CEO Chris Sullivan said. “Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who is both directly and indirectly affected by the pandemic. We wish everyone the absolute best, and we look forward to seeing everyone again at the track.”
